- $415.00 – The “Online Course” includes books and the option of attending any or all class sessions. Most who sign up for this course complete it 100% online. Due to regular updating of the materials there is no option for a lesser fee and no books. This is the course that a student enrolled in a class session will get. It is not a timed course but rather one where you read chapters from a book (or attend class) and complete activities online.
- $315.00 – The “On Demand Course” is completed online only, does not include books and there no option to attend class. Please call me for more details about this option. It is a timed online course which means you have to be on the computer for 72 hours.

HAVE MORE QUESTIONS AFTER READING THE PDF ABOVE?
Laurel Stone School of Real Estate partners with the Wisconsin Realtors Association(WRA) to offer their quality online courses. While we offer a student the WRA’s “On Demand” Course which involves watching videos and completing the online activities with no book other than one that you may print for yourself, we recommend the “Online” course which includes books and the opportunity to attend class sessions. Regardless of the option you choose, I am always available for questions you may have.
